Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup stick unsalted butter, browned and melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing cookies 2 inches apart.
