Ingredients
Matcha Soaking Liquid:

Strawberry Mascarpone Cream:

mascarpone cheese

strawberry puree blend fresh or frozen strawberries

heavy whipping cream cold

Assembly:

pack ladyfingers savoiardi
Fresh strawberries cut into heart shapes for decoration
Matcha powder for dusting
Instructions
Prepare the Matcha Soaking Liquid:
Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
Stir in honey or sugar, then let cool.
Make the Strawberry Mascarpone Cream:
In a bowl, whisk mascarpone and strawberry puree until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Assemble the Tiramisu:
Dip ladyfingers into the matcha liquid (briefly to avoid sogginess).
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
Spread half of the strawberry mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
Repeat another layer of dipped ladyfingers and spread the remaining cream on top.
Decorate:
Arrange heart-shaped strawberry slices around the sides and on top.
Dust with matcha powder for a finishing touch.
Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
Slice and enjoy!
